Basic Terms of Use

Marketo is responsible for ensuring that only Marketo-approved customers are allowed to post job listings on this site. Marketo is not responsible for the employer’s description of a job opening or the related application process. Marketo assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job listing.

By using Marketo Career Connect, you acknowledge that Marketo is not responsible for the content of an employer’s job description, application form, messages, screening questions, testing assessments or methods of delivery. Note that Marketo does not choose the questions asked by employers or decide the job qualification criteria of employers or potential hires. You acknowledge that Marketo will not participate in hiring decisions and will not be involved in any communication between a job applicant and the hiring company.

Marketo does not guarantee the validity of a job offer and cautions applicants to verify the validity of a job offer before terminating their current employment situations. Job seekers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any job offer that results from use of Marketo Career Connect.

Privacy Statement

At Marketo Career Connect, we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience with our site. Because we gather certain types of information about the users of Marketo Career Connect, we believe you should fully understand our information-gathering and dissemination practices. You can use this stored information to fill out applications for jobs posted on our site, and this means that you do not have to retype the information each time. You always have the option of revising your information for a particular job application before submitting it to a prospective employer.

Résumé Search

Your information can also be accessed by our employer clients when they are trying to find qualified job applicants in our searchable résumé database. You have the option as to whether or not you want to allow your information to be searchable by employers.

Job Visits

We track number of times jobs posted on our site are displayed, but only in the aggregate. We do not track the individual users who display a particular job.

IP Address

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our web site. We will not track any other information regarding your IP address.

Changing or Deleting Information

You may change any of your contact or personal information at any time. You may also use the Your Account option to delete your registration information, including your contact and personal information. You are always welcome to re-register with Marketo Career Connect at a later date.
