Marvel Marketers is on the search for a Recruiting Superhero! We are in need of a Recruiter who can take on the needs of a fast growing company with a mostly remote workforce. As the point of contact for Recruiting efforts, you will help execute the talent acquisition processes for continual growth of Marvel Marketers
This position requires someone who is organized, flexible, resilient, a master learner, tech savvy, intellectually curious, a master multi-tasker, exceptional with time management and possesses interpersonal and communication skills for successful interaction with variety of individuals. The individual in this position should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing need
- Conduct outbound calls, emails & social messages to prospective candidates.
- Review, Screen & disposition resumes per SLA and workflow rules.
- Schedule & Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates & hiring managers.
- Deliver exceptional candidates experience from first touch through all hiring stages.
- Build pipeline of screened candidates for all roles and nurture those candidates.
- Communicate and showcase Marvel Marketer's history, culture, benefits and throughout screening and recruiting process.
- Administering appropriate company assessments, perform reference and background checks.
- Brief hiring managers on interviews, notes, assessments and make recommendations.
- Maintain & update candidate records, HRIS and ATS records.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter
- Knowledge of HRIS and Recruiting platforms.
- Knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques for candidates
- Deep sense of empathy and ability to communicate across diverse groups
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Marketing Industry / Marketing Agency Experience.
