We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager (Marketo) to join our team in NYC. **This position is remote at the moment, however we will resume operations in our office once this is over, please only apply if you plan on living/moving in the NYC area in 2021.

 

As a Marketing Automation  you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of our organization by working with our clients to create, optimize and manage sustainable and scalable marketing automation practices.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients to transform their business needs into platform requirements.
  • Oversee and execute Marketo campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and emails.
  • Develop, monitor, test and optimize Marketo programs for all stages of the marketing and sales funnels.
  • Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis; list management; and lead processes in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production and distribution.
  • Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo, driving improvements and employing best practices.

 

Follow-On Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Marketing Operations Associates
  • Work with company Founders to develop Marketing Operations Training Program
  • Help to identify and enhance internal business processes including sales-to-Associate handoff process and renewal communications.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a power user of a Marketing Automation platform
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using Marketo, including database management; Smart List development; setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs; and reporting on campaign analytics
  • A track record of success with marketing activities, managing lead databases, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, configuring nurture tracks and promoting events
  • Knowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits and alterations
