The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a dynamic individual to join our compensation team as a Senior Comp Operations. This role is pivotal in representing our group across various projects, fostering collaboration with other project leads, and ensuring alignment between executive-level strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and robust program management capabilities.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for our group, fostering relationships with project leads from various teams, , while also using strong presentation skills to effectively communicate project updates and strategic insights
  • Promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and harmonies across projects to enhance overall project outcomes
  • Possess technical proficiency to comprehend project details, challenges, and implications.
  • Translate executive-level strategies and business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Communicate technical complexities and challenges to non-technical partners in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize strong program management skills to oversee project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.
  • Proactively find opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project outcomes
  • Present and Enable users to empower them with the necessary knowledge and resources

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on technical project management and team member engagement.
  • Strong technical proficiency with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid presentation skills delivering presentations and enablement sessions to wide variety of audiences including exec level individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using the following tools: Microsoft dynamics, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Anaplan, as well as other video and presentation tools
  • proven ability to build dashboards and analytic repots
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
