  • Develop and implement the Creative operations infrastructure to support the efficient delivery of hundreds of creative campaigns per year across Europe for our in-house Creative team.
  • Aligning with Creative leadership, own the strategy for all internal and external creative agency resource allocation and utilisation, ensuring EU creative resources match the needs of the EU business. Build the operating model to utilise a combination of the internal full-time Creative team, flexible staff, external agencies, and offshore teams.
  • Owning the external agency relationship strategy, act as a critical point of contact and relationship owner for our priority external creative agencies.
  • Support the creative leadership and team in developing, managing and supporting key workflows and automation tools to support efficient creative development at scale.
  • Collaborate across EU Marketing, PR and Finance functions to improve the understanding and drive adoption of creative resource processes and workflow tools.
  • Support Agency operations business reporting and provide input on progress and learnings into strategy docs and forums.
  • Identify opportunities to help lift the creative bar across the EU Marketing team. Helping organizing creative best practice forums/labs and other best-practice sharing mechanisms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
