Senior Manager, GTM Strategy:
What You'll Do:
- Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful attainment of strategic goals
- Strategic Project Execution: Lead and drive initiatives to operationalize GTM strategies. Evaluate and recommend opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of GTM initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track progress and impact
- Business Reviews: Support key sales leaders with critical business reviews. Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic goals
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience: 7-10 years in strategic operational roles, with a successful track record of developing and implementing go-to-market strategies. Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and complex projects.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with senior executive and influence their decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Qualifications: "Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience" in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), and Gen AI tools is a plus
- Attributes: High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and execution plans in a fast-paced environment. Ability to roll up sleeves and dive into details to ensure successful execution. Strong EQ, positive energy, and organizational savviness.
Desirable but not critical:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or working with high-performing sales teams
- Experience leading multiple simultaneous projects in a management consulting role
- Familiarity with the digital marketing space will be a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $149,500 -- $284,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
