This role is part of the Partner Marketing team which focuses on scaling the management of our supply partners and ultimately empowering these partners to discover commercial growth opportunities. Our target audience includes a diverse range of accommodations globally, who are currently in partnership or in the process of partnering with Booking.com. The team builds relationships with our partners through scaled channels. It’s a center of excellence for marketing automation and communication via email, social media and display advertising. The team’s aim is to deliver the right marketing experience at the right time. 

As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will work on creating automated workflows within different user stories of a partner marketing program or channel. Your impact comes from focusing on channel/program backlog items and delivering results through data driven innovation & evolution. Your ability to independently source and analyse data to create a clear hypothesis, test and iterate at velocity is critical for success in this role.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, understands how to manage work to meet deadlines, can easily switch between tasks, has a desire to learn fast to apply those learnings, and can help take the team to the global level. The Partner Marketing Specialist role is responsible for effective delivery of a specific marketing topic, project or program; and at the same time looking for a continuous way of optimization and automation. At the core of this role is your ability to deliver against multiple deadlines, your natural velocity of learning and your ability to leverage data to make decisions and explain impact.  

In this role as a Partner Marketing Specialist your aim is to improve the results of our email marketing campaigns on a global level and to continuously optimise communication by A/B testing flows, subject lines, copy, images, CTAs, and more.  You will be closely working together with growing partner marketing team members that directly own and/or develop marketing channels. Via these channels, we promote products and commercial advice, to educate partners, and drive awareness and engagement. The most developed channels are: Email, Social Media, Display Ads, Extranet Notes & Actions, WeChat and Line.
