About the team

The marketing team is a group of creative strategists with unique talents that work together like a symphony. We’re passionate about our brand, story, and sharing our video solutions with the right people. We manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels including events, content, PR, social media, email, and digital to reach the right people at the right time. The Marketing Operations Manager will lead the effort to build and maintain the processes that make these campaigns a success.

A day in the life of the Marketing Operations Manager at Wibbitz consists of:

Managing our Marketo Instance: Developing processes to support lead and campaign management, building programs for emails, events, webinars, etc. and managing database health including GDPR compliance and database limits.

Bridging the gap with our Sales Team: Working closely with our Sales team to ensure consistency and data flow between the Marketing and Sales operations, championing best practices for marketing - sales handoff procedures, identifying new opportunities for efficiency, and refining operational infrastructure across teams to improve business performance.

Providing context to the Marketing Team:
Building reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Sisense, and other platforms to share KPIs with global teams on a regular cadence and working closely with the Finance Team  on monthly expense reporting.

Scoring inbound leads and accounts: Improving and maintaining our existing lead scoring model and identifying key accounts to target with our marketing efforts.

Supporting our global Business Development team: Gather feedback from our BDR team in order to make improvements to scoring, lead management etc., scaling and adapting processes to fit different market needs, and onboarding new team members.
