The Role

The APAC Lead Solutions Marketing Manager will liaise cross-functional with the APAC Product Management / APAC Sales/ Global Solutions Marketing Teams and any external solution partners to build, define, position and drive solutions that are aligned to the regional Go-To-Market strategies.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the APAC Product Management and APAC Sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy for each of the Routes-To-Market 
  • Developing regional Solutions Marketing strategies and plans that support achievement of regional yearly sales revenue targets and marketing objectives 
  • Analyzes Industry data, Market trends, customer demands and competitors to deliver intelligence reports and recommendations that drive effective segmentation, targeting and positioning with existing and new customers 
  • Ensuring compelling materials and content are available or created for sales and marketing engagements with multiple customer personas and Industry influencers such as Tier 1 Analysts 
  • Supporting APAC Sales, APAC Regional Marketing, and Product Management teams with internal and external stakeholders and activities, as a solutions subject matter expert in the fields of Networking, Security and IT agility services 
  • Collaborating with APAC Product Management and/or external Partners to identify, build, price, launch and drive Solution Bundles 
  • Developing and maintaining effective marketing processes that align and support cross-functional responsibilities 
     

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 5+ years’ Enterprise B2B experience as a product or solutions marketeer
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Success leading cross-functional and cross-regional virtual teams
  • Knowledge of APAC Enterprise markets is an advantage
  • Industry knowledge and technical acumen of the enterprise networking, security and IT services landscape
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study from a reputable tertiary institution
  • Previous experience working in regional role at a multi-national enterprise services company preferred
