Position Summary:The Value Engineering Solution Lead will focus on Adobe’s Workfront and Content solutions, and is an expert on Adobe’s capabilities, value levers, and how they provide quantifiable value to businesses across different industries. This role is responsible for creating self-serviceable value tools and assets, enabling sales and solution consultants on value tools, leading client engagements on top deals to hit ASV targets, and identifying value gaps and generating value thought leadership collaboratively with Adobe’s Workfront and Content Product Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize value of Workfront and Content (Adobe Experience Manager) with sales team through enablement and coaching
  • Align with Workfront and Content sales leaders on top deals for which to pursue bespoke business cases.
  • Lead engagement teams on bespoke business cases by building buy-in with C-level clients, orchestrating engagement with value engineering team members and ecosystem, leading problem-solving and providing mentorship, and ensuring business case hand-off leading toward deal closure
  • Identifying value gaps in knowledge, assets, and tools for Workfront + Content and proactively addressing those gaps
  • Working with Adobe’s Workfront and Content Product Marketing teams to incorporate latest features and trends in value assets and sharing product feedback

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of marketing, content and workflow management technology and how they can drive digital transformation
  • Ability to tie critical business issues with Workfront and Content capabilities and forecast quantitative benefit
  • Champion of value-selling methodology and evangelizer of business cases
  • Maintain an understanding of competitors, especially strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions
  • Expert client-facing written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, financial analysis, and business research skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 -- $217,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
