The Opportunity
Adobe seeks a highly motivated and strategic data driven leader to join the HED B2B Education team. This is an outstanding chance to be on the team that is driving the opportunity to grow the next-gen business at Adobe through Education Institutions. You will use market trends, and customer insights to build targeted segmentation, craft compelling messaging, and identify key use cases to grow ARR, increase market penetration and retention for the higher education business.
What you'll Do
- Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies that generate demand and increase adoption for Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud and Adobe Express along with AI solutions for EDU.
- Critically evaluate new growth opportunities for the HED B2B business and provide guidance on prioritization.
- Play a significant part in creating, rolling out and driving sales enablement with messaging, offerings, product collateral, and assets to communicate the value of HED product offerings to institutions
- Lead WW product and major feature launches for HED tied to various industry marketing moments supporting driving demand and pipeline
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, other product teams, sales, and customer success, to determine and successfully implement go-to-market plans.
- Build compelling product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to ensure Adobe’s products stand out in a competitive marketplace.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Produce high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, webinars, and customer briefings to showcase Adobe's marketing solutions.
What you need to succeed
- Degree or a minimum of 12-15 years of experience that is equivalent
- Proven track record in product marketing, preferably within the tech or digital space.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical approach with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Passion for digital experiences and a deep understanding of Adobe’s product offerings.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
