The Opportunity

  • As the Manager, Treasury Services at Adobe, you will play a pivotal role in Treasury Operations, leading the Treasury Services team and overseeing a broad range of treasury activities such as managing operational bank relationships, coordinating bank account management, and streamlining our settlement and confirmation processes. We seek an ambitious problem solver dedicated to governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of our treasury services.

What you'll Do

  • Lead and manage the Treasury Services team, promoting a high-performance culture and providing mentorship.
  • Drive trade settlements and confirmation execution and process, promptly resolving discrepancies and issues. Improve efficiency and automation.
  • Lead all aspects of bank account management worldwide, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and compliance with KYC requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to address operational requirements and business inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain the issuance and management of standby letters of credit.
  • Serve as a control owner and conduct audits and compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain banking system access and processes, ensuring real-time reporting and secure management of treasury users and activities.
  • Build and maintain robust treasury policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Support M&A integration efforts, ensuring Treasury Services processes are seamlessly incorporated.
  • Maintain and improve the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) while driving system improvements and integration.
  • Lead ad hoc projects to improve operational efficiencies through process and technology improvements.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), financial systems and software, payment methods and bank connectivity, and Treasury governance.
  • Solid experience and knowledge of confirmation and settlement processes including automation and relevant systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external banking partners.
  • Staff supervision or management experience preferred but not required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,200 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
