The Opportunity
Adobe’s Digital Media Sales Strategy & Operations team strives to achieve operational excellence and efficiency for our B2B sales teams through strategic product roadmaps and AI-driven initiatives. Our team’s mission includes accelerating sales velocity through advanced Sales Systems & Tools, designing innovative operating models, and implementing sales efficiencies across global support functions.
This Product Manager role focuses on large-scale, enterprise-wide ground-breaking CRM and tools initiatives, starting with our high-priority Microsoft Dynamics migration. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic business insight to shape and deliver transformational solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the business owner for the Digital Media Field Sales Dynamics Transformation Program, driving design principles, business alignment, decision-making, and program execution.
- Lead requirements gathering, business process documentation, and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Champion best practices for CRM processes and sales architecture, designing scalable solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all project value streams and work streams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the technical owner, defining global roadmaps, managing system migration timelines, and establishing robust design principles.
- Lead the architecture design and roadmap development, ensuring high-quality documentation for successful implementation.
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and other AI-driven tools to enhance CRM capabilities and sales processes.
- Drive alignment between business goals and IT/Cloud-Tech implementation, including comprehensive change management support.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, product management, or sales systems strategy.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint, with experience managing complex integrations.
- Knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot, OpenAI models) and experience in embedding AI into CRM and sales tools.
- Demonstrated success in data migration and customer migration initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Background knowledge in Data Modeling when working with technology teams, with strong focus on thinking long-term scalability to accelerate onboarding of additional products and business teams on CRM and 3rd Party applications.
- Strong background in business process mapping and technical requirements gathering.
- Experience with B2B CRM/Tools systems, including Salesforce and other leading platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide transformations by aligning business processes with cutting-edge technology solutions.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,000 -- $197,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
