Arena Solutions is looking for a talented entry level Email Marketing Specialist to help support demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager overseeing the day to day execution of highly targeted email campaigns and ensuring best-in-class management of digital initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is used to collaborating across departments and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do in the role:

  • Build and maintain digital marketing campaigns within an automation system
  • Set up and schedule email campaigns for multiple offerings within ESP
  • A/B test headlines and content to continuously improve email campaign performance
  • Ensure proper email segmentations and compliance with privacy laws
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of paid content landing pages
  • Analyze and report on key metrics as requested

Who are you:

  • 1 plus years’ experience using marketing automation systems such as Marketo (preferred), HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Sales Automation platforms experience
  • Knowledge of WordPress/creating microsites and/or landing pages
