JOB LOCATION: Gurgaon 
 
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:  College Graduate / Post Graduate – B. Tech / BCA / MCA 
 
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-7 years
 
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Full-Time
 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execution of online marketing campaigns for concerned subsidiaries of a big multinational company according to briefed content.
• Usage of internal/external marketing tools for campaigns set up and execution - emails, events, online profiling, budget management and related reporting
• Daily communication with clients about campaigns preparation/approvals/launch regarding production status or application related inquiries
• Managing marketing calendars, trafficking assets and the complete client approval process 
• Support clients in developing and reporting on results of their email campaigns
• Managing our clients' subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted e-mail campaigns
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery
• Accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
 
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Understanding of modern digital marketing technologies and tools • A strong knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices  • Proficiency on how marketing automation system works • Strong understanding on marketing automation platform like Marketo, Salesforce, Unica, Oracle • Working experience on web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript • Understanding of functional & technical requirements of the campaign and able to execute, deploy and manage the marketing campaigns • Help to drive engagement through dynamic emails, landing pages, forms, contact segmentation and campaign flows • Adhere to brand guidelines and timelines • Responsible for marketing automation quality assurance from design rendering, event activation, responsive email and landing pages • Implementation of test strategies like A/B testing to drive traffic
 
GOOD TO HAVE  
• Strong ability to keep abreast of new technologies/platforms • understanding on campaign optimization and provide insights to business • Knowledge about lead scoring model and effectiveness of the marketing and sales activity • Knowledge about tagging and reporting • Identify process improvements in the CRM/MA platform and closely work with the process engineering team to implement those improvements
