The Challenge
This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of Adobe's evolution of success in a highly developed market! Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience for SEA, the Thailand Sales Manager will lead a highly skilled sales team toward and above revenue goals. You will provide advice and direction, coordinating a strategic GTM approach into your allocated market. You will be responsible for driving a strong culture of performance. You will have a consistent track record in sales leadership and be highly regarded within Thailand amongst peers and customers alike.
As part of the DX Sales Leadership team, you will work closely with the other members of the SEA team and will be expected to contribute to the strategic and tactical success of the business.
What you will do
- Coordinate and motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
- Drive and lead performance in the sales environment, including management of poor performance and recognition of progress and achievements.
- Achieve all sales targets quarterly and annually.
- Ensure integrity in SFDC for reporting purposes and forecasting, including 100% compliance by the sales teams.
- Improve the skills of your sales team to achieve highly effective sales units using the "selling value beyond the product" methodology.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the most effective use of sales resources, including technical resources.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with key clients and potential clients to ensure that Adobe is considered a business partner and to identify business opportunities.
- Work with key industry partners in and across Thailand.
- Be a leader in the evolution of the use of digital content.
- Engage with customers at a senior level to evangelise Adobe’s technology solutions.
What you need to succeed
- Overachievement of sales performance year on year.
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing solutions to enterprise clients.
- Expertise in web content management, digital analytics solutions, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the market and executive-level relationships with key customers across a broad portfolio of industries.
- Hands-on leadership style and validated experience managing an enterprise software/cloud sales team.
- Demonstrated methodical approach to identifying, developing, closing, and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Confirmed experience in driving sales relationships with senior business executives.
- Ability to collaborate across the organisation to align resources to better meet customer requirements.
- Highly developed contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp changing business situations and put together solutions that take advantage of opportunities as they arise.
- Effective oral communicator at all levels internally and externally in either a technical or non-technical environment.
- Strong ability in written communications.
