Reporting to the EU & APAC Marketing Lead, the Marketing Manager, Acquisition, is responsible for devising and executing the performance marketing strategy, and its ongoing optimisation to acquire new Deliver Service Partners to Amazon's Deliver Service Partners program.
The Delivery Service Partner program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs, and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience.
The talented Marketing Manager will grow the footprint of the program in UK, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain, in alignment with our marketing strategy, and will be responsible for leading acquisition marketing efforts in order to generate mass awareness that translates in websites visits and leads. The role is broad in scope covering responsibility for marketing mix choices (messaging, channels, creative and investment levels), budget ownership, performance optimization, media agency relationship management, and strategic brand building campaigns to maximize lead generation. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in full funnel marketing with a passion for acquisition campaigns. You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial and creative spirit.

Key job responsibilities
- Holistic digital strategy planning and ongoing performance management
- Working closely with the Business Development Managers, to determine new Delivery Partner Program requirements to fulfil Amazon package demand
- Own execution of channel plans and daily optimisations to deliver lead targets by region
- Monitor channel analytics such as; visitation numbers, conversion rate and CPL,
- Execution of tests, analysis of data and trends to achieve maximum ROI
- Performance media agency management
- Budget and financial management
- Forecast goaling & lead weekly reporting
- Manage the implementation of marketing attribution & It's ongoing management
- Run analysis on website visitation to leads, to new account conversion

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
