Service Operations Leader with Hungarian and Romanian
As a Service Operations Leader at Honeywell, in Budapest, you will be responsible for effective customer engagement with assigned customer territory (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia), delivery coordination and execute all committed SERVICE
CONTRACT deliveries in manner that ensure compliance to Honeywell and Customer Health. This role require business trips and meeting clients at their workplace.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure Contracts meet their KPIs and discuss KPI performance with customers, identify Honeywell solutions to offer Customers
- Coordinate with the Back Office to review and correct Customer asset, account team, and contract information in SFDC or
other software applications. - When requested by FSM, provide feedback on individual employees to support the HPD process
- Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvements
- Consistently support the development of white space analysis for new opportunities and utilize to drive LSS business

Key skills and qualifications:
- English min. B2, fluent Hungarian
- Driving license
- Recognized Industrial Automation & Control technical training or other relevant certificates or equivalent experience
- Some years of experience supporting a Services organization with exposure to periodic customer contracts
- Previous experience in Project Management
