The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably acquire primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet for the Consumer Bank.

As a Marketing Strategy, Sr. Associate on the Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team, you will support and manage acquisition marketing programs designed to guide new-to-deposit household growth profitably through campaigns across paid and owned channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and run data-driven acquisition marketing initiatives to acquire new to Chase Consumer Bank customers supported by a comprehensive measurement plan
  • Partner closely with Analytics, Research, Strategy peers, and leaders across lines of business to identify key opportunities to guide new customer growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with large cross-functional teams to develop your strategic proposals, including hypotheses, a comprehensive acquisition approach, spend and capacity resources needed, detailed estimated financial returns and go-to-market timelines
  • Use effective and persuasive communications to influence leadership decisions and secure prioritization
  • Review and distill results of tests and recommend future test and learn opportunities
  • Optimize performance of marketing campaigns
  • Support reporting, forecasting, performance, and test results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in data-driven, direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Digital performance marketing ( paid search, affiliate, email, and display) experience
  • Fantastic partner who leads through strong collaboration
  • Focused on how marketing guides quantifiable business results
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter comfortable working through complex processes
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Loves testing, learning, and taking calculated risks
  • Understanding of key levers to guide marketing performance
  • Comfortable with evolving priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning skills
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Analytical while also being a creative thinker
  • Financial services industry experience in Marketing a plus
