The Opportunity: As a Provisioning Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive seamless and efficient access to our products and services. You will oversee the provisioning process, manage a team of provisioning specialists, and work closely with various departments to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and accurately. Your goal will be to streamline provisioning operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the company's growth objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the provisioning team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end provisioning process. Act as a steward and knowledge expert of provisioning. Leverage this knowledge to provide business recommendations to ensure optimal customer experience outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, IT, product management, finance, and legal to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of products and services.
  • Develop and implement provisioning policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze provisioning metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Resolve escalated provisioning issues and work with cross-functional teams to address and prevent recurring problems.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, including drafting controls, narratives, memos, and process documents. Partner with internal and external auditors on audits of control design and execution.
  • Champion scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, building proposals, securing support for prioritization, documenting requirements, partnering with technical teams for development, testing solutions, and leading enablement and change management
  • Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities and provide regular reports to senior management.

What's needed to succeed:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using provisioning systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in provisioning, order management, or a similar role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,800 -- $183,975 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
